Predictive Maintenance & Forecasting

Pratt & Whitney AI program

Introduced five AI modules and scenario simulation with reinforcement learning + human feedback (via the SAM program). Modeled historical work orders to deliver a new perspective on total cost of ownership.

North America flag carrier AI Strategy

Defined and executed the AI strategy for a major North American flag carrier, including standing up AI capabilities and delivering production AI solutions in Cargo and Crew Planning.

Innovation in Action — RL at scale

Reinforcement learning for novel design

Built an RL bot to “sail” tacks and jibes at maximum level on novel hull designs. Layered an automated design-testing suite on top to speed up iteration cycles.

Led a multi-year program consolidating reservation, inventory, and DCS to enable schedule optimization, automated disruption rebooking, and ancillary control.

Digital Twin & Resilience

$50M+ inventory reduction

Integrated simulation, optimization, and reinforcement learning into S&OP and network planning. Built predictive models and resilience programs improving asset reliability and operational performance.
